Women Network’s Actionable Agenda is now in English & Spanish
Our 2015 project funded by the Mexican government INMUJERES produced many developments. Chief among them is the unprecedented indigenous women’s Regional Development Agenda.
This document is born from a consensus-oriented 2.5 year process facilitated by PSYDEH A.C. and our 500 indigenous women partners in four majority-indigenous municipalities of the Otomí-Tepehua Region in the State of Hidalgo, Mexico.
It captures women understanding of their Region’s problems with: citizen participation, education, health, economics, justice, gender equity and the environment. As important it outlines proposed solutions to these problems, be they needed public information campaigns, projects and target goals. 2016-2020 work is guided by this document.
