About Us
PSYDEH [see-day] is a Mexican grassroots nonprofit organization accompanying rural and Indigenous women as leaders advancing more equitable, resilient, and self-determined communities in the Sierra Otomí-Tepehua region of Hidalgo, Mexico.
For nearly two decades, we have partnered with women and communities to strengthen local leadership, expand opportunities, and foster collective solutions to social, economic, and gender inequalities. Through long-term, community-led processes, we support women in building tools, skills, and opportunities to shape their own futures.
We believe that lasting change happens when communities lead their own development. Indigenous women are not beneficiaries of this work—they are entrepreneurs, organizers, facilitators, cultural stewards, and changemakers driving transformation in their families, communities, and territories.
Our work integrates leadership development, economic empowerment, cultural vitality, digital inclusion, and territorial resilience to strengthen communities and self-determination across generations.
