Here, PSYDEH engages in classic supply/demand methods when celebrating the reality that women partners can supply global demand for high-quality, handmade artisan goods. Specifically, we use “Fruits of Change” funds to invest in women leader artisans’ crafts to

  1. Help these budding business women to better understand quality control and production and pricing challenges,
  2. Directly invest in one of women partners’ few available income streams– the sale of artisan goods. This links long-term community development strategies undergirding our scalable model to short-term monetary gain for women co-leading our work, and
  3. All profits are channeled to pay for updating women’s NGO’s constitutions, changes critical to the NGOs ability to pursue federal government funding in 2019.
