Focus: Fortifying PSYDEH’s women-led cooperative network and brand through entrepreneurial training and opportunities to advance social and economic empowerment
Impact: Providing collaborative training as well as opportunities to fortify cooperative branding, professional and technical skills, as well as expanded sales channels including partnerships, e-commerce, wholesale orders, and in-person events.

Tech for All: Rural Digital Inclusion Program
Focus: Fortifying digital skills and access to technology with women partners and their communities that promotes innovation in addressing inequalities across rural Hidalgo, Mexico.
Impact: Co-creating new opportunities for women and their communities through digital inclusion programming that fortifies personal and professional growth.

We Decide: Civic Engagement Initiative
Focus: Supporting women partners with tools and resources to take more active roles in local civic engagement through training and a women-led citizen agenda.
Impact: Promoting civic participation, gender equality, and effective local governance by equipping women partners with new skills to engage in political advocacy and leadership.

Route Sierra Madre: Cultural Tourism Pilot
Focus: A women-led cultural tourism initiative to advance regional social and economic empowerment while promoting the Sierra Otomí-Tepehua-Nahua region’s rich traditions, crafts, and natural beauty.
Impact: Generating new leadership and economic opportunities for women partners and their communities with an emphasis on regenerative tourism, cultural preservation, and artisan sales.

Sierra Solidarity: Community Impact Projects
Focus: An annual regional fund to support women-led community impact projects promoting local sustainable development.
Impact: Providing project management training for women partners and financial resources to advance projects rooted in economic empowerment, education, and gender equality.
