Puentes / Bridges Ambassador
- Opportunity to lead skill-building workshops online or in-person in collaboration with PSYDEH’s women partners in Hidalgo, Mexico.
- Puentes is a two-week volunteer commitment as a skills-based workshop leader that ensures an unforgettable exchange for all.
- Puentes ambassadors, with support from PSYDEH’s team, develop and lead a dynamic workshop series that creates powerful, high-impact exchanges empowering Indigenous women and their artisan cooperatives in rural Hidalgo with lasting personal and professional skills.
Global Collaborator
- PSYDEH’s Global Collaborators Program (GCP) unites a cohort of dedicated young professionals for a dynamic six-month volunteer commitment remotely or in person in Mexico City.
- Over a six-month term, Global Collaborators can expect to invest an average of ten hours weekly.
- During this term, Global Collaborators develop work plans and mobilize the skills and support necessary to co-lead efforts that, in turn, expand PSYDEH’s organizational capacity and impact.
Field Team Trainer
- Become an integral member of a grassroots organization generating sustainable impact in rural Mexico over a six-month in-person term.
- Preferred background in psychology and/or community development.
- Position based in Tenango de Doria, Hidalgo, MX.
Primary Field Team Trainer Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops and training relevant to PSYDEH’s field team to cultivate personal and professional skills.
- Support and assist PSYDEH’s field team members and programming efforts in Hidalgo.
- Accompany PSYDEH’s field team across four rural municipalities to lead programming efforts and engage women partners.
